Susan Cremer recently settled a Vaccine Claim for an adult health care worker who suffered Transverse Myelitis after receiving a vaccine for meningococcemia, a bacteria that can cause a very severe form of meningitis and brain damage. Transverse Myelitis is an inflammation of the spinal cord, and may result in weakness and sensory loss.
Susan also handles other types of Vaccine Claims for serious vaccine adverse reactions lasting more than six months. These reactions include Guillain- Barre Syndrome (GBS), Transverse Myelitis (TM) and shoulder injury from vaccine (SIRVA), which occur rarely after administration of Influenza Vaccine, and other vaccines.
