On March 26, 2014, Michael Neff spoke to the Young Lawyers Division section about Lessons Learned from the Monitronics case. In that case, our law firm obtained a $9,000,000 verdict from a Dekalb County jury stemming from a woman being kidnapped and raped after her home security system failed to warn her about a series of 7 alarms triggered in her home.
