  • $7 million drug product liability settlement for wrongful death of 57 year old female survived by husband and three adult children, following ingestion of dangerous drug;
  • $2.3 million medical malpractice settlement for failure to diagnose fetal distress during labor resulting in hypoxic brain injury and cerebral palsy to infant;
  • $2.3 million medical malpractice settlement for brachial plexus nerve arm/shoulder birth injury resulting in severe, permanent loss of function shoulder, arm and hand of infant;
  • $ 2.1 million settlement for wrongful death arising out of Emergency Room failure to diagnose and treat 99% coronary artery blockage in 31 year old female survived by three minor children;
