I met Mike Neff during my second year of law school. Today, as a Partner at Neff Injury Law, we have spent 15 years together handling serious injury and wrongful death cases from beginning to end.

When we represent you, we are involved in every step of the process – from discovery and preparing you for deposition, to writing and arguing motions and trying your case. Whether we communicate with one another in person, over the phone, or via email, I will make sure you understand the process and have all the answers you need.

My path to the practice of law has been long and winding. I grew up in the Philippines, the son of a theology professor and a registered nurse. I lived in Ontario, Canada as a child and spent my high school years in Maryland. I graduated from Oakwood College (now Oakwood University) in Huntsville, AL with a B.S. in business management and a B.A. in communications/public relations.

Following graduation, I spent four years in treasury management at SunTrust Bank before entering law school at Emory University. My proudest accomplishment at law school is placing as a finalist in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. During my second year at Emory I interviewed with Mike Neff, and the rest is history.

Over the past 15 years I have been fortunate to try several important cases. I have won verdicts ranging from $2.3 million to $47 million and secured countless settlements on behalf of our clients.

I am admitted to practice in the state and superior courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit.

I work hard for my clients and for my wife, Cynthia, and our two children. I met my wife during my sophomore year in college, and we have been best friends ever since. She is now a Superior Court Judge in Douglas County. Our kids are in elementary and middle school. I enjoy fishing and maintaining my aquariums in my spare time.
